Humanitarian Efforts and Gospel Sharing in Ukraine
Recently we received a note from the bank Kovcheg: “The Russia-Ukraine war has been raging for over 100 days now, and it is taking a huge toll on civilians. People have limited access to food, medicine, hospitals or schools. In an area where we are currently operating, many houses are burned down to the ground. Old people, women and kids are suffering the most. We have recently opened a refugee assistance center in Central Ukraine, where we sort donations and send them to Eastern Ukraine. With the help of Embrace The World, we were able to buy enough products to assemble approximately 500 boxes that include food items and personal hygiene kits. More than 300 families have already received those boxes along with some clothing items. Any time we reach out to a family in need, we also offer counseling services and distribute Bibles.
As for our personal update, some of our band members are planning to go to Germany to serve refugees there as well.
Continue praying for our ministry and the people of Ukraine. Please know that your donations make a difference in peoples lives.”
In addition to humanitarian help, war victims are accepting New Testaments and are willing to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
